Manfred Busch, founder of b & l, trained and educated at the then biggest silk weaving and printing mill, United Silk Mills, in the city of velvet and silk, Germany, Krefeld back in 1957 to 1960.
After his textile education he continued to build up his career with Silk Mill Luedwig Guesken, Krefeld where he finally assumed the role of CEO until 1992 to start his own trading company b & l textile trading Co Ltd.

Linh Le, Vietnamese born, internationally educated architect with a deep founded passion for interior design, women’s and men’s bespoke wear.
Ms Le is the owner, director and CEO of b & l.
Mrs Yan Song, General Manager for b & l China. Her strength next to many is to maintain always a calm and controlled attitude in a business in which there is always time pressure. She masters all facets of international trade, bureaucratic as well as regulatory tasks and continues to provide service exactly at that point of time where our competitors or yet even suppliers refuse to go on.
Ms Duangsuda Yoosook, General Manager for South East Asia, headquartered in Thailand, Bangkok.
Originally trained and educated in the hospitality industry, she joined the formal menswear trade 30 years ago for a then customer of b & l.
Originally in charge of production planning and control as well as import and export handling she developped into a highly skilled order management operator and is now in charge of sales and marketing for the ASEAN region as well.
Mrs Nugraheni Mukti Devi, trained in import & export management in one of Indonesia’s leading furniture manufacturers, where she rose to management position, she is now in charge of B&L’s financial controlling and logistics. Her strength next to many is to maintain always a calm and controlled attitude in a business in which there is always time pressure. She masters all facets of international trade, bureaucratic as well as regulatory tasks and continues to provide service exactly at that point of time where our competitors or yet even suppliers refuse to go on.
